“As children, we look for hero’s. First it’s super hero’s, then sports hero’s. It isn’t until we get older that we realize what we are really looking for in our lives are leaders. In my own life, I’ve been blessed to have two such men to look up to. The first of these two is Guy Grundy. Grundy is a rock of a man. As a champion bodybuilder, debt collector, and personal bodyguard, Grundy demands attention when he walks into a room. It is only when you are lucky enough to be let into his personal world that you are privileged to see the real man behind the muscle. Grundy was homeless on the mean streets of Australia, and through determination and hard work has risen to become an author, film producer, and one of the most highly sought out personal bodyguards in the industry. The second is Mavrick Von Haug aka Mavrick Harvey. Mavrick is a 5X MMA champion and a street legend. Mavrick was the leader of the Soul Collectors, a personal debt collection group, and the kind of guy you didn’t want to know your name. Mavrick went on to leave that life behind him, earned his Master’s Degree, became a mayor of his town, head of the local school board, business owner, world renowned personal trainer, actor, and a movie producer. Together, Mavrick and Grundy are spoken of as street legends. Stories that sound too crazy to be true, but while they are all true, the REAL story is the personal triumphs, the successes, and the lessons they have learned and earned along the way. It is a humbling experience to read their story.”
